Symptoms
Setup fails to run, and displays one of these error messages:
- A required .DLL file, MSCOREE.DLL. was not found
- The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.
Solution
This indicates that the required version of .NET Framework is not installed. The .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 or 2.0 is required to setup and run VersionOne. These may be downloaded from Microsoft (see related links).
