Symptom
During installation, an error is generated:
An error occurred during execution; instalation will roll back.
Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.
Parameter name: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Resolution
This indicates that ASP.Net has not been properly registered with IIS. See the Re-register ASP.Net with IIS article linked below.
