When a team member leaves the team and no longer requires access to the VersionOne system, you can simply Inactivate the person's account. This keeps the member's history intact while preventing the member from accessing the system or being assigned any new work.
To Inactivate a member's account, use the Administration > Members > Members page. This page requires System Administration or Member Administration access. Click on the action link in the member's row and then select 'Inactivate'.
