Sprint Planning>Sprint Capacity
If capacity was not previously entered for a member, the member will not be displayed. You can add the member by clicking on “Add Member” button on the right.
If a member is not displaying in the “Add Member” drop down, confirm that you have selected that member to be on the Owners List.
To check and add member to the Owners List:
Admin>Projects>Member Roles
Click “Manage” for the project you are working on.
Under the “Project Role/Owner List” column there will be a check next to the members project role if they have been included on the Owner List. To add a member on the Owner List, check off the “Owner List” box to the far right.
