This upgrade contains the following changes:

• Fixed: Authentication failure was possible even when valid credentials were presented.
• Fixed: Details page failed to refresh with new settings when a new project is selected.
• Fixed: vTV icon/links were missing from the upper right corner of pages.
• Fixed: Task/Test card To Do value was aligned and sized incorrectly.
• Fixed: WIP limits were not able to be applied when list values were reused across multiple custom fields.
• Added: Added the SQL timeout setting as a config file option - see Updating Timeout Configuration for details
