Strategic Theme Allocation Dashboard Panel
Overview
The Analytics Strategic Theme Allocation dashboard panel allows you to see and compare the strategic themes are being satisfied by a given set of backlog items.
Where to Find This Panel
This panel is available on any of the following Analytics dashboards:

Portfolio > Dashboard

Program > Dashboard
If the panel is not visible, you can add it following the instructions in Adding a Panel to a Dashboard.
Measures
This panel allows you to view and compare Strategic Themes based on the total Estimate on Backlog Items or the total number of Backlog Items.
Configuring the Panel

Click on the gear icon
at the top-right corner of the dashboard panel and click Edit.

Choose from the panel parameters below
Panel Parameter Descriptions
- Level. Allows you to select the strategic theme level to consider.

Aggregation. Specify how you want to aggregate data. Valid options are:

Child Portfolio Item Count. Count the number of child portfolio items in each delivery project.

Total Estimate. Total Estimate in each delivery project.

Backlog Item Count. The number of backlog items in each delivery project.

Swag. The total amount of Swag in each delivery project.

Value. The total amount of value in each delivery project.

- State. Only displays work items in a specific state.

All. Considers all backlog items regardless of state.

Not Started. Only considers backlog items that do not have a status value or have a status value assigned to the "Not Started" reporting category.

In Progress. Only considers backlog items that have a status value assigned to the "In Progress" reporting category. If you are not using reporting categories, "In Progress" is defined as any backlog item with a status value.

Complete. Only considers backlog items that are closed or that have a status value assigned to the "Complete" reporting category.

Not Complete. Only consider backlog items that are Not Started or In Progress.
