Adding a New Status Value to the Team Process


Learn how to define a new rollup category/status value in a team process.

Any member with Admin Privileges to edit teams can a new status value/roll-up category in a team's process.  Refer to the Admin Privileges articles for more details. 


  1. Click Admin Admin.png > Teams to open the Team Details page.
  2. Click on the Process tab.
  3. Click the + icon for the appropriate Roll-up category (or status value). 
  4. Enter a Title and add a Description,
  5. Click Save.


New Status values are immediately available for use on the team's Storyboard.
