Installing and Configuring PlanningRoom Panels
This feature is available in Ultimate edition only.
Overview
By default, the portfolio Kanban and Portfolio Tree panels are installed in all new PlanningRooms. You can further customize each room by installing and configuring any of the following panels that focus on a particular aspect of a plan. Note that the level of configuration available is dependent upon the type of panel.
Steps

Choose one of the the following:

Select Portfolio > PlanningRooms, and then click on the name of a room.

Select PlanningRooms to view all of your rooms.

Click on the name of a PlanningRoom.

Click on the Settings icon (or gear) to open the PlanningRoom Properties page, and then click Panels.

In the Available Panels section, hover over the name of the panel you want to add, and then click Install.

Once installed, hover over the name of the panel, and then click Configure. Refer to the table below for panel descriptions and configuration options.
Available Panels
You can install and configure any of the following panels in a PlanningRoom.

Portfolio Kanban |
Track the progress of your Portfolio Items as they move through your process. Each PlanningRoom can display multiple Portfolio Kanban panels, each with a different focus. For a product within a product suite, for example, you can display both product-based views and keep track of the cross-suite Portfolio Kanban as well. |

Conversations |
Shows all Conversations started in the PlanningRoom as well as conversations that mention Portfolio Items in the room. |

Roadmap |
Shows planned work and delivery across time to ensure your plans are both realistic and in sync. |

Shows the list of projects and allows for quick inspection through drill-down. |

Analytics |
View a selected set of metrics that will help view the progress and history of the organization being supported. (Note: In Release 13.2, the Analytics Dashboard panel is not available. |

Uninstalling Panels
To uninstall a panel, hover over the name of a panel, and then click Uninstall.
