Copying an Issue

This feature is available in Catalyst, Enterprise, and Ultimate editions.



Follow these steps to make a copy of an existing issue.

Note that all of the original issue's attributes, notes, and links are copied to the new issue.


  1. From the main menu, choose one of the following:

    • Product > Input > Issues

    • Team > Sprint Planning > Issues

    • Team > Sprint Tracking > Issues

  2. Locate the issue you want to copy, and then select Copy from the Edit drop-down list. The new issue will display in the grid above the original and a new ID will be assigned.
