Assigning a Workitem Owner from the Member Planning Page

This feature is available in Enterprise and Ultimate editions.



Instructions on how to use the Member Planning page to assign ownership of a workitem to a user.


  1. Select Team > Sprint Planning > Member Planning.

  2. In the Members grid, click on the + symbol next to the member's name to see the list of workitems assigned to them.

  3. Locate a workitem, and then double-click on a row to make it editable.

  4. In the Owner field, type the first 3 characters in a member's name to see a list of matching names, and then select it.

    • If you want to remove an owner, click on the next to the name.

  5. Repeat the previous step to add the remaining owners.

  6. Click Save.
