Archiving a Message in My Inbox
This feature is available in Enterprise and Ultimate editions.
Overview
Archiving a message temporarily removes it from your My Inbox and places it in the archived state. If you want to retrieve it at a later date, you can do so at any time by unarchiving it.
Steps

From the main menu, select My Home > My Views > My Inbox.

Select the message(s) you want to archive, and then select Archive from the action menu.
