Digital.ai Agility

Delivery Insights panel in TeamRooms

(Announced in Version 21.0 Point Release #3 release as Package Progression panel)
Delivery Insights panel

Using the new Delivery Insights panel, teams can track the progress of stories through a release without leaving the TeamRooms page:

  • Team members can view the phases of a release and track the progression of stories and defects through the release
  • Team members can view the status of each phase, delivery forecast, and the percentage completion of each phase
  • Team leads or Team admins can configure the package and version to be tracked

Ability to change the scope of milestones displayed in roadmap views
BudgetBySwag2.png

Until now, the roadmap view displayed all milestones in a project hierarchy with no way to filter them by project. With the Show Parent Milestones toggle, you can now view milestones associated with the current project and its children or view milestones associated only with the current project (by selecting Single View).

This toggle is available in the Roadmaps page, and the Roadmap panel in PlanningRooms.

An updated, role-based Overview page                                                    asset_details_page.png

We have updated the Overview page to make information suited to your role, tasks, and area of work, easily accessible .

With the new Overview page, you will be able to access various parts of Digital.ai Agility that are required for your role or area of work through a tailored, guided experience for Team members, Team Leads, Product Owners, and Managers.

Usability improvements

As part of improving the user experience, we have made the following changes:

  • Columns across all boards will now display a count of the cards. (Available as of Version 21.1 Point Release #1 on May 08, 2021)
  • Ability to select or deselect multiple cards in a board and using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+Left Click in Windows or Cmd+Left Click in Mac).
  • Ability to move selected cards across lanes.

Performance Updates

There have been several performance updates recently.  These changes were made available in point releases as they were completed.  Below is a recap of those changes.

  • Improved performance when using Portfolio Kanban at higher levels in a Planning Level hierarchy.
  • Optimized the consolidation of change records when a user makes multiple changes to an asset's Description field within a short time.
  • Reduced the amount of duplicate data stored for rich-text fields in Digital.ai Agility instances running on SQL Server 2016 and later.
  • Reports utilizing historical data will now be able to process faster.

We would like to thank everyone who partnered with us to identify and work through these issues.  We sincerely appreciate your feedback and patience.

The following integrations will be sunset in the Digital.ai Agility version 22.0 release and no longer supported by Digital.ai Agility. They will continue to be open-source and community-supported.
