Adding a New Status Value to the Team Process

Overview 

Learn how to define a new rollup category/status value in a team process.

Any member with Admin Privileges to edit teams can a new status value/roll-up category in a team's process.  Refer to the Admin Privileges articles for more details. 

Steps

  1. Open the Team Details Page
  2. Click on the Process tab.
  3. Click the Green + sign for the appropriate Roll-up category (or status value). 
  4. Enter a Title and Description,
  5. Click Save.

New Status values are immediately available for use on the team's Storyboard.

The Team Process Management feature was introduced in the Spring 2017 Release (17.1). This feature is not available in prior versions.
