This feature is available in all editions.
***Users are called members.*** System Administrators can change a member's password following the steps in this article.
If you log in using Windows Integrated Authentication or Single Sign On (SSO), your password is controlled by your network credentials and cannot be changed following the steps below. Contact your organization's network administrator for assistance.
As a security precaution, lost passwords cannot be recovered. They must be reset using one of the following methods.
Select Admin > Member Admin > Members.
Click the Edit button next to a member's name.
Type a new password in the Password fields, and then click Save. The member can now log in with the new password and change it to something more secure.
