Adding or Updating the Backlog in a TeamRoom

This feature is available in Enterprise and Ultimate editions.

Overview

Follow these steps to add a new backlog item or update an existing backlog directly from the TeamRoom page.

How to Add a New Backlog Item

  1. From Utility Bar, select Rooms > TeamRooms.

  2. Click on a TeamRoom name, and then click Backlog to open the Backlog panel.

  3. Click Add New, and then select Story, Defect, Story From Template, or Defect From Template.

  4. Enter values for the new backlog item, and then click Save.

How to Update an Existing Backlog Item

  1. From Utility Bar, select Rooms > TeamRooms.

  2. Click on a TeamRoom name, and then click on the down arrow in the top right corner of a story card.

  3. Select Edit, and then make updates as needed.

  4. Click Save.
