Multiple same statuses are shown on the Defect Status Trend Report. Please see the example below -
Why You Are Seeing This
The reason you would see this happen in the Defect Status Trend Report is due to the report being filtered on All Teams and the fact that a custom Team Process has been setup for each Team.
The best way to resolve this issue, if you have Team Process enable in your instance of Lifecycle is to filter and view the Defect Status Trend Report by each individual Team. This will eliminate the duplicate statuses and provide a clear and concise view of the defects and their statuses.
