This feature is available in all editions.
If you log in using Windows Integrated Authentication or Single Sign On (SSO), your password is controlled by your network credentials and cannot be changed following the steps below. Contact your organization's network administrator for assistance. As a security precaution, lost passwords cannot be recovered. They must be reset using one of the following methods.
Option 1: From the Log in Page
Go your VersionOne login page, and then click the Forgot Password link.
Enter your username or email address, and then click Reset Password. You will receive an email with additional instructions.
Option 2: Avatar Menu
Log into VersionOne using your existing password.
Click on your avatar in the top right corner of any page, and then select Change Password.
Enter your new password twice, and then click Save.
