Team-level planning and execution is the core of the Agile process. Teams can plan iterations or sprints, use a lean Kanban approach or a hybrid mix of the two. Planning involves detailing and scheduling work for the teams. The board views and tracking summaries in PlanningRooms give the team a consolidated view of plans and progress throughout the execution. Periodic reviews give the teams a chance to show off what's been delivered and retrospect to improve the process going forward.
