Sprint/Iteration Tracking
This feature is available in all editions.
Overview
The Sprint/Iteration Tracking section of the main menu provides a view of all activity within a selected project scope, so can be a way to view progress across multiple teams with individual TeamRooms.
- Using TeamRooms
- The hallmarks of Agile development are collaboration and adaptation with focus on the work. These characteristics are not possible without the ability to assess the work, decide on solutions, and communicate across teams.
- Using Storyboards
- A Storyboard shows a visual display of the all the stories (shown as story cards) in a sprint/iteration. Storyboards keep progress highly visible so teams can identify which stories are included a sprint and where they are in the product development lifecycle.

- Basic things you can do in the sprint/iteration tracking area of Lifecycle.
- Detail Tracking
- The Detail Tracking page shows all the open work in the selected Iteration/Sprint and can be used to view or update time and status.

- Member Tracking
- The Member Tracking page displays a listing of all team members assigned to a specific sprint/iteration and a flat list of all , tasks, and tests owned by each member.
- Sprint/Iteration Tracking Reports
- Using the following planning and tracking reports, teams can utilize historical data as a guide as they work through their workload.
- View Tasks on the Taskboard
- The Taskboard presents a visual depiction of tasks grouped by and/or defect and by task status. Use the Taskboard during the team's daily meeting to get a quick visual of the overall state of work within the team's , and as a tool to track progress by moving tasks through their steps.
- Using the Testboard to Track and Manage Tests
- The Testboard presents a visual depiction of acceptance tests grouped by backlog item and/or defect and by test status. Use the Testboard to gain an at-a-glance status of tests or to track the progress of individual tests during the testing cycle.
