We had a network outage in the Rackspace IAD data center from 9:49am ET - 10:29am ET (40 mins) that affected all of our customer instances in that data center (www1 - www8, www17). We'll have further details from Rackspace on the root cause of the issue and remediation report, when they provide it to us.
Per Rackspace "On 14 June 2019, at 08:44 CDT, an aggregation router in the IAD region began experiencing issues. Engineers shut down a switch that was experiencing switching loops to resolve impact at 09:28 CDT. During this time, customers may have experienced connectivity issues and delayed alert ticket creation. "
