Importing and Exporting Terminology Using a CSV File

This feature is available in Enterprise and Ultimate editions.

Follow the steps in this article to import/export your terminology override changes in bulk using an Excel CSV file.

Steps

  1. Go to Admin > Configuration > Terminology.

  2. Click the Export button, and then save the CSV file to you computer.

  3. Open the file in Excel, and then change any terms you want to override.

    • The CSV file contains only the terms that have been changed.

  4. For each term you want to change, enter it in the appropriate field. If you want to change a term that is not listed, add a new row.

  5. After all of your changes have been made, save the Excel file to your computer.

  6. Go back to the Terminology page, click the Import button, and then upload the modified CSV file.
